All fees are payable in advance within the first week on the dates shown in the table. Full payment will be expected, any part payment will be returned. For administration purposes the fees will be collected two times in the academic year which will cover three months.

Fees are non-refundable and are payable in full regardless of the number of days the student attends. There are no discounts or free students. The preferred method of payment is by cheque. Allowance has been made in the calculation of fees for Holidays/Bank Holidays, teacher training and sick leave.  Children still pay if they do not attend for whatever reason.

When paying by cheque please ensure that the name of the student, teacher name and month the payment relates to is clearly written on the reverse of the cheque. All cheques and monies should be handed to the Teacher and a receipt should be obtained.

Late payment may mean that the student’s place is forfeited. Non-payment for a month will mean the child will be unable to continue to the next month and the place will be given to the next child on the waiting list. The Madrasah operates on a non-profit basis and payment of fees on time is essential for the madrasah to be a sustainable project.

Attendance/Sick Leave

Attendance is vital for the progress of your child. If your child is unable to attend the madrasah, please contact the office and explain the reasons for the non-attendance.  The full fees are still payable if your child does not attend the madrasah. If the child is on leave for more than ten days, they will have to re-register and there will be a £15 admin charge for this.

Children’s Pack

A new starter is given a pack which includes a Madrasah bag, Ahsanul Qawaid Qaida, A Child’s Gift (Dua Book) and 4 x Goodword Arabic Writing Books. All this is for a discounted price of £20.

Health & Safety of Children

We wish to reiterate and highlight that all Parents/Guardians are responsible for accompanying their child to and from the door of the main prayer hall and collecting them on time. Can parents please ensure that their children arrive on time at 5:15pm when the Madrasah starts, as well as also collect their children on time at 7pm when the Madrasah ends. If a parent collects their child late i.e. after 7.15pm, they will be charged £10 and if this continually occurs, due to safeguarding we will have no choice but to terminate the child’s place in the Madrasah.

Dress Code (Will be Strictly Followed)

Parents are obliged to follow our Madrasah dress code:

Boys – Topee (white hat) & White Thawb or Salwaar Kamees

Girls – Dark hijab with black abaayah

The dress code is an important part of the Madrasah ethos. Jazakallahu khairan for your cooperation.

Please remember: No makeup or perfume for girls – no mobile phones/tablets/food/sweets/drinks (apart from water) allowed in the centre.
